Role
Manage global growth strategy and execution
- Craft and amplify the BSX brand story within the trading and DeFi communities, utilizing innovative and engaging social media strategies
- Plan and execute an effective social media strategy, focusing on creating high-quality, engaging content
- Continuously increase output, optimize strategies, test new approaches, learn from data, and improve performance
- Manage the full end-to-end process of ideating, writing, executing, and reporting on social media content across major platforms like X and Discord
- Oversee and strategically improve the content strategy for all global social media channels, including Twitter and Discord, as well as the growth strategy for building global community channels
- Create and produce marketing collateral and materials, working with a designer to enhance engagement and results
Improve BSX customer acquisition and community engagement
- Foster a vibrant, well-informed, and highly engaged community across social platforms, ensuring alignment with BSX’s core values and goals
- Develop and execute an innovative marketing strategy focused on driving community engagement and growth
- Contribute to creating compelling, educational content that provides value, identifying opportunities and executing content rollout across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with strategic partners, media outlets, and influencers to amplify reach and create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns that drive ecosystem growth
Report on analytics & insights
- Utilize comprehensive social media analytics to inform strategy, monitor brand sentiment, and identify key opportunities for brand growth and community engagement
- Manage and continuously improve the social media and community data infrastructure, attribution pipeline, and tool stack
- Rigorously monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics to assess impact of initiatives, providing weekly/monthly/quarterly insights to enable continuous improvement
